Photo Facial / Skin Rejuvenation

At Ashgrove spa we use Palomar Intense Pulse Light (IPL) technology in a series of treatments. This technology regenerates collagen and elastin allowing your skin to regain its youthful appearance. It treats skin conditions that are associated with aging such as sun damage, age spots, large pores, uneven texture and fine lines. It is an excellent treatment for rosacea, reducing vascular lesions and hyperpigmentation on the face, neck, décolleté and hands. We recommend a series of 2-4 treatments for optimal results.

A Photo-facial treatment is considered a non-ablative resurfacing technique. Non-ablative treatments do not destroy the outer tissue as they work their way down to stimulate collagen growth in the dermis. Instead, a photo-facial delivers controlled energy to the skin resulting in a gradual softening of wrinkles over time. This technique spares patients long recovery times and is often used to compliment chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatment.

Diamond Microdermabrasion
