Delivery
We offer free delivery to every Ashgrove Spa customer on orders of $200.00 or more.
Ashgrovespa.com ships via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only. Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Ashgrove Spa does not accept orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes.
Orders received by 8:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day.
You can send your order to another recipient. On the Gift Certificates page, you can specify a Mailing address that’s different from the Invoicing address and fill in the fields reserved for the desired delivery address. We advise you to treat every gift certificate as cash. If a gift certificate is lost, it cannot be replaced.
Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Ashgrove Spa allows you to pay for your order with Mastercard, Visa, and American Express using secure payment methods. Your transaction and banking data are encrypted and the information regarding the payments made on Ashgrovespa.com are never stored. Every transaction is transferred using a secure connection to Moneris Solutions, our payment partner, operated by RBC Royal Bank and BMO Bank of Montreal.
For security reasons, you must enter your billing address and name exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. The address of delivery can differ.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service at (905) 201-0343 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the purchase. We will not except returns after 30 days of purchase.

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made at the Ashgrove Spa retail store location may not be returned to Ashgrovespa.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through Ashgrovespa.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.
Security
The payment process, which is handled by Moneris Solutions, uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt payment information before it is transmitted via the Internet, ensuring that it is kept confidential and secure. Ashgrove Spa does not store or handle any credit card information during the online transaction.
Ashgrove Spa uses your address information for the purpose of determining shipping costs and location. Your personal data will never be sent to a third party without your consent.
